Improve your email delivery with a 1 minute step - Add Alt Text to your email signature images in Outlook

I recommend everyone to do this if your signature contains images like your logo or social media icons.

1. Open Outlook

2. File / Options / Mail / Signatures

3. Make sure you see your signature in the edit signature window

4. Select, and then right click on the image in your signature

5. Click on Picture / Alt Text

6. Enter the description of the picture

7. Click Ok / Save / Ok again.

8. Done

Your emails will now contain the Alt Text needed to improve your email delivery score.
