Unlocking Efficiency: How to Add Additional Outlook Inboxes you Manage to OWA the internet version of Outlook

This is quite simple, after you do it once.


  1. First login to OWA by going to https://outlook.office.com.

  2. On the top right, click on your initials or picture.

  3. Click "Open another mailbox".

  4. Type in the name of the additional mailbox in the pop up window.

  5. Click on Open

  6. This will open a new browser tab with the additional mailbox.
